Welcome to the 2020 Drysdale Festival of Glass Art Awards online submission site.

  • Entries close -   Friday 7th February 2020, 11.55 pm 

    In recognition of the impact of recent disasters on Australian communities, the deadline for registering in the Festival of Glass Glass Art Awards has now been extended to 7th Feb 2020. Please contact us if you need further assistance in registering your piece/s in the 2020 Glass Art Awards.

All entrants must register online and complete an online entry form.
Please read the Conditions of Entry and Awards Categories & Judging Criteria carefully before submitting your entry.

NB: To use this site you must first complete a registration.

       1. Registration

The first time you visit this site, you will need to register to enter the Glass Art Awards.  To register, click on the blue 'Register' button top right. You will be asked to provide:
  • your contact details including email
  • a password.
NB: You must tick the 'I'm not a robot' box to complete the registration.

2. Submissions

To submit an entry you will need to complete the following steps. We recommend that you print these out as a guide.
LOG ON & PAYMENT
  • Log in with your email and password
  • Click on 'UpdateUser Profile'
  • Choose 'Add New Submission'
  • Choose how many entries you are submitting (you can add more at a later date)
  • Select fee Award of $10 per entry
  • Enter Credit Card details with the secure online payment gateway
  • Click on 'Submit payment charge' - a message will appear saying 'Payment was successful' and a receipt will be emailed to you.
  •  If you cancel a payment or we issue you a refund, there is a small ArtCall administrative fee of $1.38.
  • No refund will be available after Sunday January 19th, 2020
            COMPLETE SUBMISSION DETAILS
  • Green Box (Step 1 or 2: Add Entry Details) - there is no need to click this box
  • Blue Box (Step 1 of 2: New Submission Details) - complete the form
  • NB:  there is a maximum of 2 submissions per category per person and you will need to add at least 1 photo for each submission. You can edit your submission at any time up until the closing date and time. But you must include a photo with your sumission otherwise you may find it difficult to save your submission.
  • Blue Question Mark - click on the question mark to see more information about what is required for each item.

  • Title
  • Dimensions
  • Submission Description
  • Sale Price - must be in the format 00.00
  • Materials
  • Display or props provided
  • Artist's Inspiration (Maximum 50 words)
  • Photo/s (minimum size 960 px)
  • Weight.
SAVING YOUR SUBMISSION DETAILS
To save your submisison details you must click the blue box 'SUBMIT ENTRY DETAILS' which is at the end of the submission form. Unless you do this your submission details will not be saved. You can edit these details at a later date.
